Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to join our marketing demand generation team. The role will lead and execute our ABM strategies and frameworks to create awareness and generate pipeline in some of the highest growth potential segments.
The role will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners to revolutionize our demand generation strategy and infrastructure. This is a new role and function within Recharge and we are looking for someone that is excited to apply their experience into building a program that drives meaningful growth for the sales team.
What you’ll do

- Develop, orchestrate and execute holistic ABM strategies and programs, including but not limited to, 1:1, 1:few, 1:many initiatives, executive and industry programs, new program/ channel experimentation (e.g, direct mail, exclusive event formats..etc)
- Partner with the sales development team to increase outreach effectiveness and efficiency through activities such as contact/account research, enablement and sequence reviews, and outreach strategies
- Formulate key messages and value proposition cross-functionally to develop materials and assets to help generate awareness and conversion in key accounts
- Measure and report on program results to distil insights and learnings that can be shared with stakeholders across broader teams
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to define and prioritize short and long-term programs and campaigns to drive engagement in key accounts
- Take responsibility, along with counterparts in sales, for consistently achieving new sales pipeline targets on a quarterly basis
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of related marketing experience in B2B SaaS required
- 2+ years in Account Based Marketing
- Experience partnering with SDR and Sales team for pipeline and revenue targets is a must
- Experience in a sales/outbound role is strongly desired
- Hands-on experience with CRM and MAP software (e.g, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot), ABM and sales intelligence technologies (e.g, 6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit, Zoominfo)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail with motivated, self-starter attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
