Corporate Attorney
One of Latitude’s small, sophisticated firm clients is interested in engaging a corporate associate for a long-term, part-time position.
Our client is looking for an attorney who has 3 to 7 years of recent law firm experience and enjoys drafting transactional documents and handling corporate formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions work.
If you have this experience and would appreciate a flexible, remote role that allows you to work independently and have the freedom to have a sophisticated practice as well as time for things outside of work, then consider applying for this job.
Requirements of the Corporate Lawyer
- 3-7 years of corporate transactional experience, including heavy drafting and mergers and acquisitions experience
- Working knowledge of Tennessee Revised LLC Act, the Tennessee Business Corporations Act and Delaware General Business Corporations Act is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
- Recent experience as a corporate associate in a law firm
- Licensed and in good standing in the state where you reside
- Outstanding references
