SEO & Digital Programming Coordinator
Responsibilities
What can you expect?
SEO:
Conducting content and technical audits for clients’ websites in order to develop SEO strategy recommendations.
Utilizing a variety of SEO tools, such as Moz.com, Google Lighthouse Reports, and Google Analytics.
Developing an understand of our clients’ userbase to inform SEO strategy
Implementing SEO changes on clients’ websites
Utilizing analytics platforms to understand and track the impact of SEO changes
Digital Programming:
Developing a full understanding of our clients’ programming and priorities
Updating the content that appears on our clients’ websites, apps and streaming platforms.
Testing and reviewing any updates
Fielding incoming requests from clients
Documenting and improving our processes for the services above, and ensuring they’re kept up to date
Qualifications
What’s important to us:
2:1 Bachelor’s degree or higher
Good school grades
Foundational knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Experience implement SEO changes and tracking the results
Experience using a CMS to program web and/or app content
Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines
Unparalleled attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
High work-ethic and self-motivation
Excellent written and communication skills

Flexibility
We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be starting your day at 10am and you will have 3 stand-ups a week with the team of the project you are working on.
But to best serve our US clients, we are looking for people who can work at least one late shift (1:30pm-10pm) per week and one weekend shift every 6 weeks. So, some days you’ll need to be flexible to work later if there’s a key delivery to a US client, but any time can be taken back.
