Role Overview
As a member of our Customer Success team, the Email Design Specialist partners with internal and external clients promptly and professionally to design and deliver quality promotional and transactional email design solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Project manage all tasks associated with email sends from initial request to email launch
- Design and create responsive emails and templates using HTML & CSS languages and other creative design software(s)
- Utilize Revinate CRM, client data, and MS Excel to create and update lists of targeted guests for email sends
- Accurately quote, communicate and record billable and non-billable project time via appropriate channels
- Proactively maintain familiarity with current email design and delivery best practices
- Regular professional communication with external and internal customers via phone, email, other software & in-person as necessary
What You’ll Bring
- One (1) year responsive email design, HTML, and CSS language experience, and/or intermediate knowledge through education
- Intermediate design skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite & other design software(s)
- Experience and/or understanding of email quality assurance software(s)
- Experience presenting basic design ideas & concepts to clients and colleagues
- Experience delivering quality work and meeting deadlines both independently and in a team environment and independently
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
