Billing Support Specialist


This role will work in tandem with the Customer Success team to ensure that each and every one of our customers has the support they need to succeed. As a Billing Support Specialist you will make an immediate impact by shaping our overall customer experience, collaborating with multiple internal departments to improve billing efficiency, and helping our company achieve its customer retention goals.


  • Reach out to users, via phone and email, who have payment issues related to initial failed payment, card failure, or expired card status to retrieve updated information
  • Coordinate with our Customer Success and other internal teams to process Billing operations tasks for clients
  • Respond to and process ad hoc billing related questions from clients related to updating payment methods, updating invoices, extending access for payment in process, etc
  • Collaborate with Seamless.AI’s Support, Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Accounting teams to improve communication and promote billing efficiency related to our product
  • Be an expert in Seamless billing structure and our payment management software
  • Exercise discretion while handling sensitive information and determining appropriate course of action while adhering to billing guidelines and policies

Skillset and Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role at a SaaS company
  • Experience crafting well-written, helpful responses to broad audiences
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines to achieve productivity KPIs
  • Previously demonstrated the ability to exercise judgment in weighing options that could directly impact the retention of customers
