Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Analyst, your main responsibility is to provide data-driven insights to support business goals and key initiatives, and increase revenue driving productivity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Work directly with Sales Operations leadership on prioritizing, planning, and meeting business reporting needs
- Deliver effective executive summaries, both verbally and in writing
- Organize and maintain a menu of corporate reporting dashboards tracking our revenue team activity, processes, and KPIs
- On an ongoing basis, identify both internal and external market factors and trends that impact growth performance
- Analyze and report on the productivity and performance of revenue driving team members to support revenue leadership in decision making and coaching opportunities
- Use available reporting tools, such as Tableau, to provide data visualizations and insights to support sales forecasts, increase revenue productivity, customer acquisition and retention, and other business decisions on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Proactively monitor all reporting dashboards to ensure high levels of organization, quality, and accuracy
- Support ad hoc projects coming from cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Power user of Tableau but also proficient in creating quick models in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to not only function, but thrive in a high-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of sales operations
- Analytical problem solver – you love digging into a problem in depth to get to the root issue
- Attention to detail – ou spot the error or data discrepancy that others miss (did you catch the typo?!)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years in sales ops analytics, BI, or a related role
- Experience applying Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or other visualization tool to real business data
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience uncovering pain points and gathering requirements from stakeholders, and transforming those into data-driven BI solutions
